The wellness area is outstanding - saunas, steam bath, stylish design. Friendly staff and excellent food. Comfortable rooms. Convenient for skiing - ski bus nearby. Relaxing area and well-maintained saunas.

This hotel is a luxurious place to stay with enhanced comfort and quality services. The outdoor pool offers stunning views and is especially enjoyable when it's snowing. The breakfasts are delicious and there is a nice playroom for kids.

I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Nestled in a picturesque winter wonderland, this hotel offers modern and well-maintained rooms that are spotlessly clean. the breakfast and dinner menus are delightful, with plenty of choices and a cheese bar that's hard to resist. the wellness area is outstanding, featuring an outside pool where you can swim with the snow around you. the hot tub area and the two saunas are awe-inspiring.

Some minor inconsistencies in meal quality, with a few dishes falling short of what you'd expect from such a fine restaurant.

There is difficult to outline smth special or best, as it is just a very good hotel in general: positive attitude, perfect non-invasive and relaxing atmosphere, clean, good kitchen, free WiFi and parking, good SPA area.

Two things were on the negative side: a) smoke from smokers somehow penetrated into my room in the evenings; b) the small pool, which should have had cold water into which you plunge after sauna, was always with hot water, as the tap probably was faulty, and though I pointed out this to the staff, it hasn't changed anything.

Perfect location, close the market town center, but quiet, full of green, large own garden, termal pool and swimming area nice, very clean, spacious room with winter garden , very good brakfast assormtent (especially healthy prosducts´ corner with cerals, seeds nuts, dried fruits etc.)

Only minor things - room equipment little obsolete (the room has a sitting area with couch and armchair, but both far from 4star hotel standard), the room was cleaned reguarly, but not perfectly (used glasses remained unwashed), there were no absolutely evening activities - even get a glass of wine after 10 P.M. hardly possible

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, the spa area was perfect for relaxation after a long day of skiing, and the staff was super friendly. We also appreciated the clean facilities, easy parking, convenient transportation, great location, and delicious breakfast.

were some misunderstandings regarding payment for child 5 years. The offer says that children under 6 years will stay free, but not quite. I was not accepted in standard room with the child, we had to take a superior room, and finally the bill was already passed a higher rate than the reservation

When arriving I had a friendly person for check-in and also during the stay the staff worked efficient. The atmosphere of the whole hotel was enjoyable and the furniture of the rooms was cozy. Great buffet for breakfast which offers a variety on food - for everybody's taste! Will return any time soon!

The service-team for breakfast could be a bit more canny. Some guests (once it was me too) have to wait a long time until they were asked what they would like to drink. Tea and juices are for self-service, but not coffee or hot chocolate.

The hotel is perfect for skiing, with a ski bus stop outside, and only a short walk to the lifts. The food was amazing with a lot of choice for breakfast and dinner. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and made us feel at home.

Some of the wellness facilities could have been improved, particularly the outdoor pool and jacuzzi where some of the whirlpool jet nozzles were out of order. Additionally, some of the sauna lounges were slightly cold and there could have been more toiletries in the bathroom. However, these were only minor issues and did not detract from our enjoyable stay.

Fantastic dinners,great bakery, big rooms with spetecular views. Nice SPA.
